Cards move processor-to-processor, fully encrypted, no spreadsheet of card numbers ever exists, and members never re-enter anything.

Payment processors support a secure, PCI-compliant card migration. Your old provider sends its encrypted card vault directly to your new Stripe account, we never see raw card numbers, and neither does anyone else. Stripe’s Card Account Updater then refreshes any cards that expired in the meantime, so continuity stays high. Once the cards land, Kuviro rebuilds each member’s autopay as a subscription on their existing card, same price, same billing day. To your members, nothing happened.

Will my members have to re-enter their cards?+
On the full transfer, no, their saved cards move to your new processor and autopay just continues. If you choose the fast path instead, members get one secure link to re-confirm; that’s the only action, and it takes seconds.
Will anyone get double-charged or skipped?+
No. We reconcile every membership against your old system before go-live and cut over on a clean billing date, so no member is charged twice and none is missed. We run a test cycle first, nothing goes live until the numbers match.
Is moving the card data secure?+
Yes. The transfer is PCI-compliant and encrypted end to end, cards move directly between processors. No spreadsheet of card numbers is ever created, and we never see them.
How long does it take?+
About two weeks for the seamless transfer (the card migration runs on roughly a 10-day processor SLA), or a few days on the fast path. We keep your old system running in parallel until you’re fully live.
What about cards that expired?+
Stripe’s Card Account Updater automatically refreshes expired or reissued cards from the bank, so continuity stays high. Anything it can’t update, we flag and re-confirm with just those members.
What if I’m mid-contract with MindBody?+
We time your go-live around your renewal so you’re not paying both. We’ll map the exact timeline on our first call.
